With over 25 years of experience building I.T. solutions for large and small firms, Dan brings a unique approach to addressing the individual needs of a Business Continuity plan.  Prior to forming TCS, Dan was the president OneSource I.T., a small technology integration and consulting firm focused on addressing the needs of the often neglected small business sector.  Prior to OneSource Dan held numerous roles with EMC, corporation.  The largest enterprise storage provider in the world, EMC allowed Dan the opportunity to work with some of the best in the business.  Systems Engineers, Solution Architects and Business Consultants often came together to build and deploy large complex solutions designed to meet customer needs.  Dan has executed large scale data center build outs, multinational DR initiatives in the legal and financial sectors.  Dan's deep understanding of technical concepts combined with his business approach allows him to bridge the gap between business and IT.  Dan holds degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Illinois State University in Normal Illinois.

Peter Scheffler sits on the board of TCS.  Pete brings years of knowledge in the financial markets, one of TCS’s core verticals.  Pete also holds a managing partner position at X-Change Financial Access, LLC (XFA).  He brings a true business point of view from the trading floor to the back office of what companies expect.  Pete joined XFA as a Managing Partner in 2002 and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. With two decades of experience in the financial services industry, he specializes in the brokerage and execution of exchange-traded derivatives on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Mr. Scheffler oversees XFA’s floor operations on CME and directly manages XFA’s S&P 500 options on futures execution desk, which has often been the largest volume producer in the S&P product. Prior to joining XFA, Mr. Scheffler began his career in 1990 working for International Futures Options & Associates, LLC, in various positions in the Swiss franc, Deutsche mark and S&P trading pits. He was Vice President of equity-trading floor operations for Cargill Investor Services from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Scheffler also served as Vice President of the CME trading-floor operations for BNP Paribas Brokerage Services from 1996 to 2001. He graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1991 with a BBA in Economics and earned an MBA from DePaul University in 2001. He has been active on many CME Committees, including the SPX Options Committee, and participates in a variety of community organizations.

Bob Aaron joined Trading Continuity Services (TCS) as a Board Member shortly after the company’s inception in 2010.  Mr. Aaron provides strategic and financial guidance to TCS and is an active contributor to operations of the firm.  In addition to his strategic guidance, Mr. Aaron is also involved in the TCS corporate messaging and branding efforts through marketing and collateral development support.  Bob is a Managing Partner with Cornwall Investments, a significant investor in TCS.  Bob acts as a liaison back to Cornwall.    Mr. Aaron is a founder of HedgeServ, a leading hedge fund administration services firm launched in 2007. He has over 30 years of experience in trading operations and risk management, asset allocation and investment accounting. A recognized expert in the hedge fund industry, Mr. Aaron has published numerous articles. Prior to co-founding HedgeServ, he served as Chairman of the Board for the Managed Funds Association from October 2004 through September 2006. He was a member of MFA’s Board of Directors from 1996 to 2000 and from 2002 to 2006. Previously, Mr. Aaron was CEO of DPM Mellon, a hedge fund administrator. He founded DPM LLC, the company’s predecessor, in 1994. He has also served as President of Tricon and as Vice President of Commodities Corporation. Mr. Aaron began his career at Arthur Young & Co. A Certified Public Accountant, he earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Fordham University.
